Aidan
Fitzpatrick.
Full-time physical therapist. Part-time meathead. Someone who thinks training should make your life better, not take it over.
I lift. I roll.
I overthink training
so you don't have to.
Despite the name, I do actually lift. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, BJJ brown belt, and lifelong student of strength training. I work full-time as a PT, train jiu-jitsu, lift, and have my own bodybuilding goals.
I also know the reality of early workouts, hard sparring rounds, busy schedules, and trying to recover for both. That's why my coaching is built around the athlete in front of me, not an idealized schedule that only exists on paper.
I care about progressive overload, the right amount of training, and evidence that actually holds up. I'm considerably less interested in gimmicks, false precision, and reinventing the squat.

Good coaching isn't about making everything complicated. It's about making the important stuff work for you.
AIDAN / SOMETIMES LIFTS
An actual human
in your corner.
Coaching means asking questions, making decisions, and changing the plan when life changes. There is no magic exercise, no mandatory morning routine, and no need to suffer through movements you hate for the sake of looking hardcore.
If you want somebody who understands both the science and what it feels like to show up to training sore, tired, and probably under-caffeinated, we're speaking the same language.
