Good questions.
Clear answers.
Do I have to train BJJ to work with you?
No. I coach general strength, hypertrophy, and body composition too. Grappling is a specialty, not a prerequisite.
Can you build lifting around my mat schedule?
Yes. Your training frequency, experience, goals, and recovery determine the plan. More sessions aren't always better sessions.
How do check-ins and programming work?
Coaching typically uses individualized six-week programming blocks, with weekly check-ins and updates based on performance, adherence, and recovery.
Is injury rehabilitation included in coaching?
No. Clinical evaluation and rehabilitation are separate physical therapy services available only where licensed and when virtual care is appropriate.
What happens after I apply?
I review your goals and availability, then follow up about fit and next steps. There's no automatic enrollment or charge just for applying.
